One EZGUI user has been experimenting with using some of the GDI plus flat apis with EZGUI quite successfully, recently.

With GDI plus you can stretch bitmaps with better image quality. You can even load png,gif,jpeg and tiff images.

If you have an interest in getting involved in helping develop some open source GDI plus libraries for use with EZGUI, please email me.

I likely will start a new independent forum just for these new technologies and how to integrate them into EZGUI applications.
